TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE:

  1. Applicant’s passport (photo or scan):
  • passport booklet (pages 1, 2, and registered address);
  • ID card (both sides of the card and a certificate/extract of place of residence);
  • international passport (page 1 and a certificate/extract of place of residence).
  1. Copy of a document confirming family relations (in case of requesting documents of relatives);
  2. Copy of the previous certificate or extract to be requested (if available).
